In Dorset there is a small but thriving disability and para-swimming community. We are therefore proud of our home-grown talent such as Team GB Para-Olympian Alice Tai (right) whose first venture into club swimming was with Seagulls SC before progressing to Bournemouth Collegiate SC, and national multi-medallist Leo McCrea who started on his para-swimming pathway with Poole SC and has most recently been selected for the Swiss National Team.
The Affiliated Clubs page in the Community section of this website provides contact details for our clubs, and below there is a range of resources from how to learn to swim through to club swimming and para-swimming talent identification.
